All our tags take from 1-3 weeks to make. During busier times this will lean towards the longer end of our timescale. For more information on tags please see our Tag Info page located here.

All of our tags come with the option to customise what details you’d like on the back of your tag. The majority of our designs have option available for customisation. If you’d like to customise a tag further to the options given on the product listing please contact us.

Yes we can. We offer a range of commission options for you to choose from for a portrait of your pet. Please see our Commissions page located here for more details.

We have various delivery options available. If you’re in the UK you can choose either standard delivery, which is sent Royal Mail first class, or you can choose tracked delivery, for a little more if you’d like the extra piece of mind.

For international shipping there is only one option available.

Yes we do. We ship worldwide, the only items we do not ship out of the UK is our Pawfection Pack gift boxes. We are working on making this possible though. 

As all of our items are handmade to order they each have a different turnaround time, and will not be ready instantly. Each item has it’s turnaround time listed in it’s description. If your parcel has been dispatched it should with you the next working day, although a parcel is not considered lost until ten working days have passed without it arriving. If it has been this long since you received your dispatch email please contact us and we will follow it up. For international customers your parcels should arrive within 3-5 working days, although if it has been 25 working days since you received your dispatch email and it still hasn’t arrived please contact us and we will follow it up.

If you lose the disc of your dog tag, one of the discs from your double tag or a charm you can order replacements from our store. You’ll find these listed under the section Extras located here.
